For My Brother by E. L. Karhu nominated for the best play of the year in Finland. 

E.L. Karhu's play Veljelleni (For My Brother) has been nominated for the Lea Prize for the best new Finnish play of 2024. This intense and poetic choral monologue premiered at Schauspiel Leipzig in 2022, and the Finnish premiere was at the Finnish National Theatre last September. The winner of the award will be revealed 18.9.2025.
