Salo, ElisaSuuren leikittäjän käsiThe Great One Who Plays

Female: 2, male: 1

Elisa Salo's mini-play tells the story of a doll in a dollhouse who is waiting for the hand of a great player to carry her forward in life. A hot air balloon with its pilot crashes into the yard of the house, tearing off the balcony. The pilot asks the doll to come with him - but isn't the great player going to interfere with this?

The play, which is about waiting and surrendering to one's own role, depicts with insight and gentle self-irony how beneath the pretty interior and controlled shell there are hopes and dreams that want to break the peace of the smooth surface. The collapse of the facade is an opportunity if you want to seize it.
