In Markus Leikola's play, Moscow is something different from Chekhov's. Illusion also colors this interpretation, but this time Olga, Masha and Irina's Moscow is not the destination of dreams and hopes, but the cradle of corruption and lies.

Olga is a biologist who has been working for thirty years in an Arctic research center far in the north, when a mathematician named Masha is sent to work with her. At the parade ground, the women witness how climate change is destroying the living conditions in the Arctic region and the temperature is rising at an alarming rate.

A bond is formed between the women, isolated from everything and desperate about how Moscow will betray them again.

Vivaldi's Four Seasons sets the rhythm of this tragedy, in which the limits of individual people's influence are drawn in a shocking way
