"Therapies" is a one-act tragicomedy about six women in a cancer ward. When six women from very different backgrounds and backgrounds have to spend time in the same room, the situation is perfect for conflicts to arise. One wants to open the window, another wants to close it, and one cannot sleep when the other talks too loudly. Instead of illness, life in all its aspects takes center stage. The play examines everyday issues, but along with the women we also encounter fundamental questions about fear, friendship and hope.
The play won the 2018 Golden Stage Cross award. It has been translated into English, French, Italian, Ukrainian and Korean.
